The 10,000 Interns Foundation believes that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. It exists to expand access for underrepresented talent to thrive in the workplace by kickstarting careers through paid internships, developing future leaders through its alumni programme, and working with employers to build more inclusive workplaces. Since 2020, the Foundation has created 10,000 paid internships with more than 1,300 employers across 35 sectors, opening up access to meaningful careers for talented students and graduates across the UK. Today, it is harnessing its unique insight and data to shape corporate practice, influence policy and drive systemic change, transforming how opportunity is created so underrepresented talent can access, succeed and lead at every level of the workplace.
