About 21 Invest
21 Invest was founded in Italy in 1992 by Alessandro Benetton to invest in mid-market companies and help them grow. In 1998, 21 Invest partnered with a local team in France, with the shared ambition of building a leading European investment group. Over more than three decades, 21 Invest has completed more than 100 investments, raised over €2 billion from institutional investors worldwide and partnered with entrepreneurs and management teams to create sustainable long-term value. In 2024, 21 Invest launched 21 Invest Healthcare, its first sector-focused fund dedicated to human and animal healthcare. The same year, the firm expanded into Spain, strengthening its presence across Southern Europe. Building on this momentum, 21 Invest expanded its investment activity into the Benelux region in 2025, further strengthening its European footprint. In 2026, 21 Invest joined 21 NEXT alongside 21 Tages, becoming part of a next-generation European investment platform bringing together complementary expertise across Private Equity, Infrastructure, Energy Transition and Private Debt.
