About 21 Tages

Tages Capital SGR was founded in 2011 by Panfilo Tarantelli, Sergio Ascolani and Salvatore Cordaro. Since its inception, the company has expanded its investment capabilities across infrastructure, energy transition and private debt. In 2014, Umberto Quadrino joined Tages Capital SGR to lead the development of its infrastructure investment business, further strengthening the company's expertise in alternative investments. In 2015, Tages Capital SGR launched Tages Helios, its first renewable energy fund, marking the beginning of a long-term commitment to sustainable infrastructure investing. This was followed by the launch of new investment strategies across renewable energy, private debt and infrastructure, alongside strategic partnerships that supported the company's continued growth. Between 2021 and 2025, Tages Capital SGR continued to expand its platform with the successful launch and fundraising of Tages Helios Net Zero and Tages Credit Fund, further reinforcing its position across energy transition, infrastructure and private debt. In 2026, 21 Tages became part of 21 NEXT alongside 21 Invest. The same year launched Tages Infra Plus, its first value-added infrastructure fund classified as Article 8 under the SFDR.
