Inspired by the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25:29), we exist to steward what we’ve been entrusted with: people, companies, and communities, with excellence, integrity, and eternal purpose. We acquire small to mid-sized businesses ($1M to $10M in revenue) that are already profitable and cash-flow positive. Our sweet spot is working directly with founders who care deeply about their team and want to see their legacy carried forward, not stripped for parts. Unlike traditional private equity, we don’t buy to flip. We buy to build.
