2Ring is a software company specializing in the development of real-time reporting and alerting solutions for contact centers. We also offer 2Ring Gadgets for Cisco Finesse, a powerfull add-on package that builds on the existing feature set of on-premise Cisco contact centers using Cisco Finesse as their agent and supervisor desktop. With headquarters in EMEA and the USA, we ensure that we stay close to our global customers so we can offer our exceptional support with great consistency. With more than 20 years in the industry, we help contact centers, agents and managers alike, effectively manage their daily operations. Our goal is to enable them to focus on what matters most—product and service expertise, process optimization, and ultimately, increasing customer satisfaction. Initially, we built our expertise on Cisco contact centers, earning the "Cisco Preferred Solution Partner" status in 2011, and in 2017, our solutions were added to Cisco’s official price list. Over time, we expanded our portfolio, and today, our 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards are also compatible with contact centers using Amazon Connect, Five9, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, and Webex Contact Center.
