We keep production running with polymer FFF/FDM. 3D-SOLUTIONS reverse-engineers no-longer-available (NLA) parts, designs sturdy jigs/fixtures, and delivers functional prototypes—in days, not months. Our workflow is simple: Scan or model → DFM → print → fit → iterate. We print engineering polymers—from PLA/PLA+ and PETG through ABS/ASA, PC, PA/PA-CF, PET-CF, TPU up to ULTEM/PEI, PEKK and PEEK—within 5×5×5 mm to 340×320×340 mm. Typical interface accuracy ±0.15–0.25 mm; we advise on load-aligned orientation, heat-set inserts, and post-machining for spec-critical features. Teams choose us to reduce lead time, lower TCO, and de-risk design before machining or tooling.
