About 8-Bit Spark
8-Bit Spark is an innovation consultancy and fractional executive practice. We help boards, leaders, and teams close the gap between strategy and implementation across product, technology, data + analytics, AI, and human experience. Our work runs from board to build. We assess the real problem before committing to a solution; architect a practical path forward; and activate it alongside the people who will own the work. Sometimes that is a defined engagement. Sometimes it means stepping into fractional product, technology, or data leadership for a period of time. We are deliberately technology-agnostic, including when it comes to AI. We help organizations determine where AI genuinely belongs, where automation or another tool is the better answer, and how to build responsibly when AI is appropriate. Founded by Michael Li and Liz Hunt, 8-Bit Spark combines complementary experience working from executive and board-level decisions through to the teams designing, building, and operating what comes next.
