It is our mission to improve food safety & quality awareness in the food industry and its related business branches (packaging industry, logistic service providers, copackers, wholesalers, retail, traders). We offer you coaching, training and interim management in food safety & quality matters. We COACH you on the road to certification, during the maintenance traject of your food safety system, we help you setting up your HACCP study, offer you advice in food defense matters, we help you define your food fraud risk parameters, and much more. We TRAIN your operational staff in GMP and hygiene, we train your HACCP team in the Codex Alimentarius methodology, we train your senior management team in food safety standards (BRCGS, IFS, FSSC22000, FAVV autocontrol,...), and so much more, with a clear focus on your organisation and your wishes. We help you in practice by performing internal audits on you behalf, auditing your suppliers on site, we set up your recall simulation, and help you with all your other questions.
