We Build Partnerships That Last
About ABS Partners Real Estate
ABS is a privately held, vertically integrated real estate company founded in 1999 by Earle Altman (Ret.), Gregg Schenker, Steven Hornstock and Peter Burack. From inception we have been dedicated to building lasting real estate and professional partnerships. As an investment led service firm our company focuses on two primary areas of the real estate business: • providing services exclusively to property owners which add value in leasing, investment sales, property management, construction management and advisory; and • organizing opportunities to participate in the ownership of real estate. “ABS has an established track record of developing results-oriented solutions for our clients, leveraging our command of all facets of commercial real estate.” With each transaction we begin with the belief that hard work, creativity, open-minded thinking and humility enables us to evaluate and develop solutions enabled through our operating expertise to achieve the best possible outcome. We overlay this with a level of sophistication born out of decades of experience and a propensity to think broadly.
