Based in Northamptonshire, our core focus is to provide excellent service to our clients and candidates whilst building long term sustainable and collaborative partnerships. Our main office locations are Northampton & Kettering with additional locations via our onsite model in Peterborough and Milton Keynes. Our Onsite Solution rivals those of any national recruitment business, focusing on improved onboarding, engagement and boosting performance. We have developed a real niche in the retail sector providing high quality, collaborative solutions for our expanding client base. Our success since establishing in 2011 has come from our passion, our people and our partnerships which is what makes us different from other recruitment businesses. We care passionately about placing people and this is at the route of everything we do. Its our mantra. Ensuring our agency colleagues are valued whilst at the same time ensuring your company culture is at the heart of their behaviours is key for our mutual success. We are accredited members of the REC and hold a GLAA licence.
