Actually Good was founded by Rich and Lauren Linford, both from hospitality backgrounds, with the mission to raise the standard of the industry. For us, that means shining a light on businesses that value staff welfare and, as a minimum, pay the Real Living Wage. Independent businesses that we are proud to work with. Since launching in 2020, it’s grown into a trusted job platform sending high-quality roles straight to chefs’ inboxes and social feeds. Actually Good Projects is our development arm behind some of the most exciting, talked about dishes in London. We work with independent restaurateurs from concept development all the way through to final menu specifications - we know how to create delicious, commercially viable, crowd favourites. We are a partner of Home Hospitality.
