A module that starts life as a school can later serve as an office, student housing, or a healthcare unit. This multi-life circularity cuts waste, lowers greenhouse-gas emissions, and keeps valuable materials in play. Our portfolio of 1.6 million square meters is the total floor area of our rental fleet of modular buildings that can be deployed across projects. From our Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)-approved climate goals to our new Circularity Index, we aim to set new standards by building low-carbon, climate-smart spaces.
