Aindo is building the reference technological infrastructure for generating clinical evidence from fragmented and sensitive health data. Our platform transforms raw clinical data into actionable evidence — accelerating scientific research, real-world evidence generation, and clinical trials. Founded at SISSA (International School for Advanced Studies) in Trieste, Aindo is a deep-tech scaleup that now has offices in Area Science Park and Le Village by Crédit Agricole in Milan. Our vision is rooted in a fundamental belief: the next phase of healthcare AI will not be defined by models alone, but by the quality, legitimacy, and governance of the data behind them. Our focus is on building vertical AI systems that can concretely support clinicians in their daily work, while preserving patient privacy and strengthening trust in digital healthcare. To make this infrastructure possible, Aindo’s synthetic data serves as the key enabler for secure, compliant, and privacy-preserving access to clinical data.
