About Alcedo Care
Alcedo Care delivers high-quality, person-centred care across home care, complex care, and specialist support services. We work in partnership with healthcare professionals, commissioners, social workers, and case managers to provide tailored, nurse-led care packages that enable individuals with a wide range of needs to live safely and independently at home. We support children, young people, and adults with a broad spectrum of conditions, including neurological disorders, acquired brain and spinal injuries, learning disabilities, autism, and long-term or life-limiting illnesses.
