Algarve Wellness is a private, integrative mental health and recovery centre based in Portugal’s Algarve region. We support high-functioning individuals, executives, and families who may be experiencing burnout, anxiety, trauma, depression, substance use, or co-occurring challenges. Many of the people who come to us appear outwardly successful, yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted beneath the surface. Our approach is personalised and evidence-based. Each programme is thoughtfully designed around the individual, combining one-to-one psychotherapy with neuroscience-informed methods, restorative practices, movement, and lifestyle support. We do not believe in rigid or generic treatment tracks. Instead, we take the time to understand who you are and what you truly need. With a very small client capacity in a confidential villa setting, we offer a calm, discreet environment where meaningful healing can begin.
