We are a deep-tech company combining mathematics, computer science, and biology to transform molecular assay design at scale. Our Sequence Transduction technology enables highly multiplexed, cost-effective diagnostics, detecting hundreds of targets in minimal reactions with MRD- level sensitivity (<0.02%) and rapid assay development (1–3 months, ~98% success). Our proprietary Tapestry platform enables software-driven combinatorial multiplexing atop standard molecular tests like NGS and PCR, delivering significant cost savings (of up to 60%) with improved accuracy. Tapestry partners with diagnostic and research labs globally to execute large volume molecular testing.
