Now, roasters and producers are equal partners, breaking down the information asymmetry and speculation that traditional importers and coffee traders have exploited over the decades. Independent roasters have direct access to producers, discovering coffees that meet their needs from producers who match their values. Producers set their own prices, giving roasters price transparency from FOB to delivery costs. They have a wider customer base and direct contact with the roasters through our award-winning CRM.
