Alpha Financial Software LLC is a privately held FinTech automating post-trade processing for U.S. Agency mortgage-backed securities. Our software handles TBA and pool operations end to end, from trade match through settlement, reporting and reconciliation. TBA Mortgage Master automates the full Agency MBS clearance and settlement lifecycle: CTM/RTTM trade matching, straight pair-off netting, SIFMA trade assignments, Tradeweb and Bloomberg round robins, FICC EPN pool allocations, SWIFT-compliant settlement reporting, and daily reconciliation. Settlement messaging is digitally signed and covers SWIFT MT202 and MT210, with automated fax delivery for counterparties not on SWIFT. Every counterparty is reachable without manual intervention. AFS is the first and only vendor with Assignment-of-Trade (AOT) automation. Real-time agency pool data validates every allocation and TBA stipulation, and exceptions surface by color code so teams work the breaks instead of the queue. Firms run it fully no-touch or step in by exception. Founded in Boston in 2006 and in production since 2008, AFS processes $30 trillion in annual Agency TBA volume at a 99.97% straight-through-processing rate, for asset managers, dealers and custodian banks. The MBS Ops Network puts both sides of the trade on one system. Buyers and dealers connect to a central network where clearance data moves between counterparties directly rather than by email, and every confirmed trade-for-trade TBA offsets on a daily schedule instead of piling up before settlement. Trade assignments generate and deliver automatically, so nobody processes the paper. Members access the network through TBA Mortgage Master or The MBS Ops Manager, our web-based application, with integrations spanning DTCC CTM/RTTM, Tradeweb, Bloomberg, ICE Mortgage Technology pool data, and SWIFT settlement instructions. AFS is a FICC-approved EPN vendor, hosted on Microsoft Azure, and certified to ISO 27001 and ISO 22301.
