Alycia Anderson is an award winning international TEDx motivational speaker, disability advocate, DEI & accessibility corporate inclusion facilitator, podcast host of Pushing Forward with Alycia. She is a former VP of a Multifamily SaaS technology company and CEO of The Alycia Anderson Company, LLC and a believer in possible. Alycia’s company focuses on the education and advocacy of diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility in the workplace. Alycia was appointed the inaugural seat in California to Insurance Diversity Task Force commissioned by the California Department of Insurance under their Insurance Diversity Initiative. And awarded 2022 Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG) Program of the Year and 2024 Distinguishing Alumni Award from California State University, Chico. She studied Adapted Physical Education at California State University, Chico and continued on to receive her Master's Degree from KU Leuven, Belgium in Adapted Physical Activity emphasizing the benefits, practices, and principles of inclusion.
