Amendment3bnb is similar to other STR’s in that our hosts charge a price to rent a room or entire home BUT different in the sense that we charge substantially less in fee’s, lower cleaning fees and creative options and encourage our hosts to charge 15 to 35% less than they would on other travel sites.
