About Amplify {Women of Color

Amplify is a professional community that prioritizes the needs of self-identified Women of Color. We meet virtually and in-person to share professional development strategies, wisdom teachings and self-care practices that enable holistic growth. The group serves early, mid and executive career professionals that: ✅ Self-identify as Women of Color ✅ Desire self-improvement ✅ Want to serve their community We value authenticity, intention and integrity and provide psychologically safe spaces to share our lived experience, be witnessed without judgement and learn from others. White women and men are important allies and curated content and events are available for Women of Color and our Ally Community. True allies understand the need for intentionally reserved safe spaces for Women of Color and respect healthy boundaries.
