Anderson Porter Design is an architecture and planning firm based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Since our founding in 1994, we have helped clients solve complex design challenges through thoughtful architecture grounded in collaboration, research, and technical expertise. Over the past three decades, we have partnered with clients across multifamily housing, workplace, commercial, and highly specialized projects. As our practice has evolved, we have also developed nationally recognized expertise in cannabis facility design. Regardless of project type, we approach every commission with the same goal: creating buildings that perform well, adapt over time, and deliver lasting value. Our approach is rooted in the design principles explored by Walter Gropius and the Bauhaus, combined with today's Lean Construction practices. We believe the best architecture comes from asking better questions and working closely with clients throughout the design process. Today, Anderson Porter Design works with developers, business owners, institutions, and cannabis operators across the United States.
