Empowering youth-led change across Africa through evidence-based programs in education, gender equality & climate action
About Anijie Global Foundation
Anijie Global Foundation is an award-winning, youth-led NGO implementing high-impact sustainable development programs across Ghana and Sub-Saharan Africa. Our evidence-based interventions in Gender Equality, Quality Education, and Climate Action have transformed over 30,000 lives through community-led solutions for marginalized communities. We deliver transparent implementation with comprehensive impact assessment systems aligned with UN SDGs, ESG frameworks, and AU Agenda 2063. Our initiatives demonstrate exceptional ROI through established monitoring frameworks tracking both quantitative outcomes and qualitative transformations, providing social impact metrics that resonate with impact investors and multilateral donors. Our validated approach includes 50+ educational outreach programs, 5,000+ educational resources distributed, 2,000+ menstrual health products provided to young women, environmental sustainability projects, and vocational training programs delivering results across seven Ghanaian regions: Accra, Central, Eastern, Ashanti, Brong Ahafo, Bono, and Upper West. We've established valuable partnerships with Amnesty International, CAMFED, Office of Ga Mantse, British Council, and Days for Girls. Through these collaborations, researchers and international partners gain field access within our program portfolio, including our flagship Empower HER Initiative addressing gender inequalities, LEGIT Next GEN Leadership Program, and African Youth Gender & Climate Conference (AYGCC) - a platform for cross-sector dialogue. Anijie Global Foundation seeks funding partnerships to scale our proven initiatives. Our implementation-ready projects offer compelling opportunities for sustainable development funding, with monitoring frameworks ensuring transparency and measurable outcomes. Volunteers experience meaningful engagement with structured mentorship in project management, community outreach, and advocacy within our inclusive environment that nurtures growth.
