Health and behavior change is incredibly hard work, especially with the abundance of barriers that exist in the lives of every day people. Being over worked, over stressed, and under cared for is sadly the status quo for most Americans and frankly, that's not ok with us! At AFS, we pride ourselves on creating a comfortable and invigorating experience that injects some of the fun back into getting into shape. We do this by ensuring no client has to go it alone. Every AFS client is paired with a personal coach that helps them with their lifestyle and holds them accountable. This relationship runs in the background as "extra support"​ in addition to the fun and motivating group classes we run at our facility. Most gyms start you with very little guidance or support, at AFS we do the opposite and stay engaged with our clients (friends) every step of the way. The AFS culture can be described as family (the kind you actually look forward to hanging out with). We push each other, have hard conversations, share in successes, and learn from defeats. If you were to ask a client or community member, they'd tell you that the people at AFS are special, we wouldn't disagree. Whether an employee plans to stay with AFS for 1 year, or 10 it's our goal to make it memorable, enjoyable, and fulfilling. Oh! And you get a free gym membership too.
