Aproximar is a non-profit organization aiming to enhance organisations social and human capital as a strategy to develop their capacity to take advantage of challenges and opportunities raised by the environment in a sustainable manner. In fulfilling its mission Aproximar organises and manages personal, social and professional paths in the framework of tailor-made projects development and social innovation and good practices transference and dissemination. We believe each organisation owns resources to be improved and valued to increase its mission fulfillment, efficient performance and positive impact within the communities and stakeholders in which they operate. The values that sustain Aproximar vision are: entrepreneurship, equal opportunities and innovation. Nowadays, services benefit daily more than 150 persons (practitioners, trainees, volunteers, children, youngsters) & more than 50 national and transnational partner organizations. Aproximar develops, organizes & manages different programs involving areas like education, social economy, social entrepreneurship, social business plans, reintegration schemes, mentoring, coaching, fundraising, social support, volunteering, transference of good practices.
