Arbor One Escrow officers are subject to background checks by the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation and must be approved by California’s Department of Business Oversight. We are subject to regular audits by the D.O.C. and routine financial audits by a California licensed CPA. Arbor One Escrow is bonded by the EAFC which is similar to the insurance provided by the FDIC. Our Escrow officers are held to the highest standards and have the most extensive level of experience to handle the most complex and high volume of escrow transactions in the industry.
