Group and individual coaching to help people and organisations optimise effectiveness, achievement and satisfaction. Topics are entirely client led but can include, leadership, career progression, gravitas, conflict, burnout, imposter syndrome, dealing with change, goal setting and achievement, work-life balance, unconscious bias and people pleasing. 2. Skill development in Communication. Helping hone skills to present, persuade and influence with memorability and impact, and to do this in all forums - meetings, presentations and speeches, both live and virtual. 3. Sales Helping B2B sales organisations and leaders optimise their processes and skills to achieve commercial results. Projects undertaken include Executive Coaching programmes for individuals and groups, global rollouts of sales methodology programmes, company wide up-skilling for virtual sales presentations and CEO level 121 speaking coaching.
