About Arne van Oosterom
I help organizations navigate complexity, uncover opportunities and turn ideas into action. With more than 20 years of international experience in Design Thinking, Service Design and innovation, I support companies in solving complex challenges, improving customer and employee experiences and developing the capabilities needed to thrive in an increasingly dynamic environment. My work ranges from facilitating strategy and innovation workshops to leading service design projects, designing learning journeys and building innovation capabilities within teams and organizations. Companies engage me when they need to: • Align stakeholders around a shared vision and direction • Understand customers, employees, and ecosystems more deeply • Design and improve services, experiences, and ways of working • Facilitate innovation, ideation, and problem-solving processes • Build internal capabilities in Design Thinking, Service Design, and creative leadership • Turn strategic ambitions into practical actions and measurable outcomes I combine the mindset of a practitioner, the skills of a facilitator, and the experience of a trainer. Whether supporting a leadership team, facilitating a global workshop, or helping build an innovation culture, my goal is always the same: creating meaningful change that people can understand, support, and sustain.
