Aromo is a fully functional, end-to-end AI-native business operations platform built through a restaurant lens. It started with restaurants because that’s an industry I know well, but the project has become much broader than that. Aromo is where I’ve been exploring how AI, agents and software can work together across real business processes, rather than as standalone AI features. The platform covers onboarding, menu management, inventory, customer data, loyalty, marketing, reporting, integrations and more. It also includes Ari, an agent built to work across the platform using structured workflows, contextual data, tool use, chained actions and human-in-the-loop controls. Aromo supports multiple AI models and providers, with routing based on the job being performed, and includes MCP and CLI interfaces so the platform can be worked with natively through Claude and Claude Code. This is my public technical portfolio for AI and agentic engineering. It’s a working system that represents a lot of what I’ve been building, learning and thinking about over the past several years.
