Artemis Credit Bureau Ltd is a private Credit Bureau set up in 2008. The company is a subsidiary of the Association of Cyprus Banks. Artemis collects, maintains and distributes information pertaining to the economic behavior of physical and legal entities in the financial sector. It offers value in the local financial system by assisting the financial institutions in their customers’ creditworthiness assessment process, while at the macro level helps safeguarding commercial credit, mitigating credit risk and promoting the reliability of transactions in the economy. Furthermore, the existence of Artemis contributes to the improvement of the competitiveness of the Cypriot economy in the international scene.
