Arthritis4Cure is a precision immunology company developing first-in-class therapies with curative potential for autoimmune diseases. Born from more than 10 years of academic research within the Cure-RA Inserm consortium, the company is advancing a differentiated platform designed to selectively eliminate pathogenic immune cell clones driving chronic autoimmune inflammation -while preserving healthy immune function. Our lead program, A4C-001, is a proprietary peptibody targeting disease-driving B cells involved in rheumatoid arthritis. By breaking the autoimmune cycle at its source, we aim to move beyond chronic symptom management toward durable remission and potentially transformative patient outcomes. Unlike conventional approaches based on long-term immunosuppression, Arthritis4Cure’s strategy is designed to precisely target pathogenic immune mechanisms without the need for lifelong immunosuppressive therapies or conditioning regimens. Rheumatoid arthritis affects more than 20 million people worldwide and remains associated with progressive disability, reduced quality of life, and major unmet medical needs despite significant therapeutic advances. We believe patients deserve more than incremental disease control. With promising preclinical data, an advanced CMC scale-up, more than €6 million secured through public and private financing, and a company approaching IND readiness, Arthritis4Cure is now entering a key stage of development on the path toward clinical translation. Beyond rheumatoid arthritis, our platform has the potential to expand into multiple autoimmune indications driven by well-characterized pathogenic autoantibodies and autoreactive immune cells.
