**Ascent Developmental Group provides compassionate, evidence-based services for neurodivergent children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.** Our approach is grounded in dignity, autonomy, assent, collaboration, and meaningful outcomes. We do not believe that progress should be measured by how closely a child conforms to expectations. We focus on building communication, independence, self-advocacy, adaptive skills, family confidence, and long-term quality of life. Families are active partners in care. Caregiver training and collaboration are central to our service model, helping families apply practical strategies across everyday routines and environments. Our clinicians work closely with caregivers, schools, medical providers, and other professionals to create coordinated support that reflects each individual’s strengths, needs, and priorities. Ascent also places a strong emphasis on clinician development. We are building a workplace where behavior technicians, trainees, BCBAs, and future leaders receive structured mentorship, meaningful professional development, and clear opportunities for advancement. We believe that supported clinicians provide stronger, more ethical, and more effective care.
