Atheray Stone was founded by Kedeesh Atheray and Luke Stone in 2019. After a combined decade of recruiting experience within the Civil Engineering and Construction industries, we understood that clients and candidates demanded more from their recruitment consultants. While each offering a distinct and particular set of skills, we share a passion for this people-centric approach to business and wanted to build a recruitment agency that treated clients as people, not products. To put people’s ambitions before somebody else’s targets. And to help more people find careers, not jobs. We recruit White Collar candidates for Construction and Engineering Contractors Nationwide, whilst offering a bespoke service to the same companies assisting with their R&D Tax Claim. In addition, we work closely with businesses in the R&D sector recruiting Business Development, Technical and Financial Consultants on a permanent basis.
