Coaching - I work with senior and middle leaders across the private, public and voluntary sectors and a variety of industries including accountancy, health, care homes and education. Currently completing a Level 7 qualification in coaching & mentoring. Speakers - I offer a range of talks on various leadership and management topics to audiences large and small . Bespoke talks also available. Teams - I work alongside leadership teams to help them achieve their long-term potential, raise both morale and alignment and to ensure the sum is greater than the parts. Currently taking a qualification in Systemic Team Coaching Education - I was a secondary school headteacher for over twelve years in large and diverse inner London schools plus an interim headship in alternative provision. My first headship was achieved after only ten years in the profession.
