Atmos is a subsidiary of CCR Specialty Chemicals, LLC (“CCR”), a portfolio company of Palo Duro Capital, LLC, established to acquire market-leading formulators and manufacturers of specialty chemical products addressing growing markets. CCR Specialty Chemicals was founded in 2018 as a result of the merger between Crowley Chemical and Rusmar Inc.
