Atrato Group is a UK-based alternative investment fund management and advisory group specialising in long-term investment strategies that provide stable and predictable returns. The group has advised and/or managed more than £2.5bn of assets since inception, across commercial real estate, living and renewables. Atrato was established in 2016, and its highly experienced team offers expertise in commercial real estate, renewable energy, social housing and private credit. Atrato Partners, an Atrato group company, is the investment manager of Social Housing REIT plc (LON:SOHO). SOHO invests in and develops social housing across the UK, with a focus on specialised supported housing, enabling individuals with varying care and support needs to live independently within their communities.
