This is true whether the customer lives in ordinary or special-purpose accommodation. Attendo's staff should always behave as guests in someone else's home - institutional thinking should no prevail. The social perspective is another key factor. Everyday life should function and be meaningful also for those who are ill or have extensive nursing needs. Individuals should have a say in their own existence. We offer reassuring and safe care, but the focus is always on strengtening the healthy side. The vision gives our activities meaningful content and paves the way for what we do. The final result is concerned with treating each individual as a unique individual, and this should also pervade our daily work.
