Attention is an asset class. Attention Capital is the private credit platform that underwrites it. We originate senior secured loans to creator economy and digital media borrowers. Our proprietary underwriting methodology is the Attention Quality Score (AQS). AQS measures three variables on every borrower: behavioral durability, audience cohesion, and conversion efficiency. Those three identify which attention-based businesses generate cash flows reliable enough to support institutional credit and which ones are renting their audience and calling it an asset. Durable audience attention is a chronically underpriced, underwritable asset class. The infrastructure to price it has not existed. We are building it.
