AuCare - Connecting Generations Through Shared Living AuCare is a structured intergenerational living platform connecting students and older adults in shared homes built on companionship, dignity, and mutual respect. Across Europe, many seniors live independently yet experience increasing isolation. At the same time, students face housing challenges and seek meaningful ways to live and contribute. AuCare brings these needs together in a balanced and secure framework. Inspired by the au pair model, AuCare enables students to live in the home of a senior, offering companionship and light everyday support in exchange for accommodation and cultural exchange. It is not employment and not medical care. It is shared living with clear expectations and mutual benefit.
