AutomAssist builds AI-native software for industrial operations. We help manufacturers interact with their technical knowledge and production data through natural language, not through dashboards, folders or custom dev. Two products, one mission: make industrial knowledge accessible. IDM centralizes technical documents (manuals, schematics, SOPs, maintenance guides) and makes them searchable through conversational AI. Documents are linked to machines via metal QR tags on the shop floor. Version control, compliance tracking, and integrations with SharePoint, CMMS, ERP and SCADA systems are built in. AutomInsight is our agentic AI layer for production data. It connects directly to PLCs, MQTT brokers, MES/ERP systems and production databases. Operators and managers ask questions in plain language ("What caused the OEE drop on Line 3 last shift?") and get actionable answers with root-cause tracing and proactive alerts.
