Founded and led by Bill Brown, a Florida-licensed General Contractor with 30 years of experience at the highest levels of development and construction, Aventra brings a principal-led approach to every engagement. What We Do We serve as development manager and owner's representative across the full project lifecycle: development strategy, feasibility and due diligence, entitlements and permitting, design and construction oversight, contractor procurement and bid leveling, change order review, and project closeout. Bill's General Contractor license is not ceremonial.
