Founded in London in 2009, it’s our deep sectoral knowledge of tech, digital and energy infrastructure and many years of corporate finance expertise, which sets us apart. Axxeltrova is a UK FCA registered tech investment bank and private equity fund. We are London-based with a global perspective. We work across the tech value chain from Digital and energy Infrastructure, Smart Cities, deep tech to SaaS, marketplaces and tech enabled bricks and mortar businesses. We focus on transactions in the tech, media and telecoms markets and have built up relationships across VC/PE funds, Infrastructure Funds, DFIs, HNWs and family offices. We have forged strong working relationships with global IT, Software and telecoms equipment makers which enables us to structure complex digital and energy infrastructure deals. Typically we get involved with clients looking to raise capital (debt and equity) and M&A. We advise on structuring of deals, construct investment material, bring together consortia for complex transactions and oversee the process to a successful completion.
