B2C Consulting is a Belgian consulting firm specialised in industrial Operational Technology (OT), and part of the B2C Group founded in 2011. Alongside B2C Engineering, a recognised industrial automation integrator, we form a unique ecosystem combining deep technical integration with on-site consulting expertise. Today, the group brings together around 100 specialists in industrial automation, electrical engineering, digitalisation and OT cybersecurity. This dual positioning allows us to offer more than traditional consulting: a pragmatic, field-driven approach rooted in real industrial environments. B2C Consulting deploys experienced experts directly within client organisations to strengthen teams, secure critical environments and accelerate complex industrial initiatives. We primarily support demanding sectors such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals and process industries, where system reliability, compliance and production continuity are key. Active across Belgium, France, Switzerland and Luxembourg, we support both local and international industrial players through flexible and results-oriented engagement models.
