Back Pocket Office helps coaches, consultants and service businesses get clear on what their systems need to do and then builds them properly. We lead with strategy. Before anything gets built, we map out the entire customer journey, from first enquiry right through to offboarding, and identify exactly where leads are being lost, where processes are breaking down, and what needs to happen to fix it. All build work is completed in HighLevel. We also offer bespoke in-person and online training for business teams, and specialist support for new and growing white label GHL agencies. Founded in 2023 by Laura Robson - a PRINCE2 qualified project manager and certified HighLevel admin with a background in NHS workflow and healthcare IT.
