Back From the Future
We take organisations from AI awareness to daily use. People as the starting point, technology as the means.
About Back From the Future
Whether AI adoption succeeds rarely comes down to the technology. It comes down to the people who have to work with it every day. That is where our work starts. We make the technology tangible first, then help decide what matters for you, and build the skills people need to carry on by themselves. See, understand, adopt. What we do: Keynotes: AI in the language of your sector, 30 to 60 minutes, in Dutch or English. We have given over 250, from boardrooms to Europol. AI Challenge: a day in which teams build with eight to ten AI tools themselves. No experience needed. Everyone walks out with something that works. Consulting: strategy and policy, plus discovery on the shop floor. Interviews, shadow days and workflow analysis to find where AI genuinely saves time. From signal to a validated pilot in six weeks. Training: hands-on modules in Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, in the tools you already use. Over 700 people trained, rated 9.2 out of 10 on average. AI agents: work genuinely taken off people's hands, from use case to production. We run a fleet of fifteen agents ourselves, so we know where it goes wrong. Not every problem is an AI problem. If it is better done without, we will say so. And our aim is that you can do it without us.
