About Baldwin Supply Company
Baldwin Supply Company has been helping Midwest manufacturers, processors, and producers solve critical equipment challenges since 1920 — and we're still growing to serve you better. We supply and service the products that keep your operations running: power transmission components, heavy-duty and lightweight conveyor belting, electric motors, bearings, fluid power, and automation solutions. But we go beyond just delivering parts. Our experienced team provides hands-on technical support, application engineering, on-site belt installation and vulcanization, and customized inventory programs — all designed to reduce your downtime, improve safety, and help you get more out of your production. With deep expertise across food and beverage, aggregate, mining, construction, agriculture, meat and poultry processing, packaging, and manufacturing, we understand the demands of your industry and speak your language. Our recent acquisition of Construction & Aggregate Products (CAP) strengthened our ability to serve customers in the aggregate, mining, and construction sectors with expanded OEM and MRO capabilities. Today, Baldwin Supply operates 14 branch locations across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Kansas, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska, plus dedicated conveyor belt production facilities, so the products and expertise you need are always close by. Three generations of family ownership. Over 100 years of doing business the right way. One mission: to be recognized by you as your preferred business partner.
