Baltimore Homecoming
Reconnecting Baltimore’s alumni network to drive investment, innovation, and impact across the city’s future.
About Baltimore Homecoming
Baltimore Homecoming is a national network of accomplished Baltimore alumni—individuals who once lived in Baltimore and have since built their lives and careers elsewhere, but remain deeply connected to the city and committed to its success. We reconnect these leaders back to Baltimore to build meaningful relationships and drive impact where it matters most. Through curated programming and year-round engagement, Baltimore Homecoming creates pathways for alumni to invest in local companies, support entrepreneurs, and partner with organizations working on the front lines of Baltimore’s growth and revitalization. Our work is rooted in the belief that Baltimore’s greatest asset is its people—and that by reconnecting those who have gone on to lead across the country and globe, we can unlock new opportunities for the city. We focus on five key areas: business investment, technology and innovation, arts and culture, neighborhood revitalization, and philanthropy. Across each, we work closely with a network of anchor partners to better understand where Baltimore is gaining momentum and how alumni can play a role in accelerating that progress. These partnerships help translate connection into action—whether through capital investment, mentorship, storytelling, or strategic collaboration. Since our founding, Baltimore Homecoming has helped catalyze new investments, elevate the narrative of Baltimore nationally, and strengthen the ecosystem supporting entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and civic leaders. Our community is united by a shared connection to Baltimore and a belief in its potential. Baltimore Homecoming is more than an event—it is a growing movement of alumni who are committed to showing up for the city in meaningful and lasting ways.
