With a background in banking and online recruitment branding Shane Smith joined a regional search firm in Connecticut during the winter of 2014 to build out a new product line, originally based in Massachusetts. After Five record setting years that included the addition of over 50 new clients throughout the country, and 150 placements Shane founded BankerHire to better serve his clients and candidates with a specialized recruitment brand. Major success stories include the development of several commercial credit and lending teams throughout New England as well as multiple executive leadership placements in Commercial Lending, Retail, and HR, among other areas.
