About Bayaud Works

Bayaud Works is a Denver-based social enterprise dedicated to helping people overcome barriers to employment and housing stability. Since 2020, we’ve built programs that create real opportunities for people to rebuild their lives with respect and purpose. We believe every person deserves a safe place to rest, meaningful work, and the chance to contribute. Together with partners including the City and County of Denver, the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, and Denver Rescue Mission, Bayaud Works provides pathways to employment, community reintegration, and housing stability through workforce initiatives and trauma-informed shelter operations.
