BEACON & COMPASS is a mission-driven advocacy platform for neurodivergent people, their families, and the employers who want to hire them well. We believe difference is not deficit, that information is a form of power, and that capable people are too often screened out by process rather than ability. We turn hard-won insider knowledge from nearly thirty years in recruiting into clear, plain-language guidance and practical tools, and we make them free. Our three programs: BeaconArc is a field guide for families raising a neurodivergent child. It lays out the milestones, the paperwork, and the decisions that arrive at each age, so none of them catch you by surprise. CompassCohort helps neurodivergent adults find work that fits and thrive once they are in it, with plain answers on interviews, disclosure, accommodations, and the unwritten rules of the workplace. BeaconAmplify helps employers hire, support, and retain neurodivergent talent, with the business case and the practical tools to make neuroinclusive hiring real, from the first job posting to the way teams work every day.
